COOKING UP CONSCIOUSNESS

Hi everyone!

My new podcast Cooking Up Consciousness is NOW live and I can’t wait for you to hear it!

Cooking Up Consciousness is a podcast about more than food & drink — but definitely some of that, too. Hosted by me, Zoe, Cooking Up Consciousness explores food, wellness, identity, and the not-so-secret ingredients to an expanded consciousness.

I’ll discuss how we live, work, and create in pursuit of higher vibrations with some of your favorite chefs, artists, writers, and creatives. We’re hoping to find the ingredients for a recipe of expanded consciousness.

Check out some of my incredible guests
